If you're reading this ... you need to visit Eye Wink! Right when I walked in I was greeted by all the staff. Diana was incredible in helping me select my frames, she was friendly, helpful and most importantly, she was honest. She fitted me in the perfect glasses which I have received non-stop compliments of since I have left the store, and at a VERY good price for the quality (I compared to a lot of other places!). Dr. Farr was so knowledgeable, he took his time to explain everything going on with the health of my eyes and completed all the necessary tests to do so.. he also had some amazing technology in the office that I hadn't seen before, and he matched me to a perfect prescription for my eyes! Overall the most amazing experience, can't recommend Eye Wink enough if you have the opportunity to visit!

I have been to numerous eye doctors over the past few years and nobody was as friendly and transparent as Dr. Michael Farr. The front desk staff was also extremely helpful when I was choosing a pair of glasses. They went the extra mile and made sure that the pair I was wearing fit my face properly and really complemented my style. If you are looking for an eye doctor in Richmond Hill look no further.

The best optmometrist I've ever been too. He was professional, courteous and polite. He went above and beyond with eye exam! Geoff and Diane, who are great professionals, also provided an amazing customer service experience.i couldn't thank the staff at Eye Wink more! I highly recommend this Optometrist for anyone interested in Eye Care or Glasses.

I come from north York and found this amazing optical place. The dr. Is one of the best I have seen. Easy to talk to and explains everything. The staff is great, the service for frames is amazing. I bought two frames and the prices and styles were very very good. If you have a chance and need an eye doctor, a great one, go to this place.

Diana was super sweet and very helpful when it came to picking glasses, they have a huge selection and she listened to exactly I wanted and took me around all the displays. The exam itself was very thorough and the optometrist walked me through everything he did. I’ve never had such a prompt yet thorough optometrist appointment and was very pleased with all the kind, friendly, helpful staff

They are genuine and helpful is all ways. Whether it be choosing the proper glasses or ensuring that your needs are met at all levels or filling your insurance claim. Speedy and efficiency.
